CALCULATING THE DOSAGES OF DRUGS FOR CHILDREN

Ya we all know that there is young's rule and clark's rule but we get often confused with our day today practice.so why not refresh your memory.

YOUNG'S RULE:

Child dose = Age of child/Age of child+12*Adult dose.

CLARK'S RULE:

Child dose = Weight of the child(lb)/150*Adult dose.

that's it now you can calculate according to different child groups.
